The tenancy is an indefinite long-term let. The tenancy runs until terminated by either party. The notice period for this tenancy is three months for both parties. The period runs from the first day of the month following receipt of notice.

The tenancy has a minimum term of 9 months from the handover date, with a 3-month notice period thereafter (minimum 12 months).

In the longer term, the landlord is considering either using the property themselves, selling it or refurbishing it. This is valid grounds for termination after the minimum term has ended.
