The house has two floors; on the ground floor there is a spacious living room, large kitchen, one bedroom, bathroom and storage room. One room can be used as an office / TV room. On the first floor there are three spacious bedrooms. Decking by the entrance.

Tenancy type: Fixed-term tenancy agreement with a 9-month minimum term and a 3-month notice period (minimum 12 months). The tenancy agreement ends without notice after 3 years, with the option of extension.

The tenant arranges their own subscriptions for electricity, internet and any cable TV.
A boathouse can be rented in addition for 1000,- per month.

Pets and smoking are not permitted.
A 3-month deposit and good references are required.

The house is a few minutes' drive from Vollan / Nordkjosbotn, with a grocery shop, petrol station, pharmacy, café and shops. It takes about 45 minutes to drive to Tromsø city centre from the house.

A few metres' walk to the water's edge, with mountains and all they offer in the surrounding area. The house lies below Seljelvnesvegen, and below the E8, which is Tromsø's main artery out to the rest of the world.

Included in internal usable area (BRA-i): Hallway, living room, kitchen, bathroom, 4 bedrooms, 1 spare room and internal storage room.

In addition, the property has storage space in the woodshed / outbuilding on the plot and a large lawn.

If any rooms in the property have no wall-mounted/fixed heaters, no heaters are provided in those rooms.

3 parking spaces on the plot are included.

Rent: 11 500 per month
In addition to the rent, the tenant must arrange their own subscriptions for electricity, internet and any TV.
A boathouse can be rented in addition for 1000,- per month.

The rent is adjusted annually in line with the consumer price index, cf. the Tenancy Act (husleieloven) § 4-2.

Prospective tenants will be credit-checked and their references checked.

Handover: immediately.
Tenancy term: 3 years.

The tenancy is fixed-term.
